These terms apply to your use of greatx-sales.com and purchases from GreatX-Sales, operated by Serhii Yamchuk, ABN 18 606 503 250, Melbourne, Australia. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Orders and product information

Review the product description, selected options, quantity, delivery details and total before ordering. Product images help illustrate an item; colour appearance can vary between screens. Contact us before purchasing if a detail you need is unclear.

Availability and information may change. If we identify an error or cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and explain the available options. If an order or item is cancelled by us, any amount paid for that cancelled order or item will be refunded. We will not substitute a different item or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the store. Review any applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total at checkout before paying. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Delivery and tracking

Standard shipping is free for Australian delivery addresses and all Australian orders are sent with tracking. Optional express and international services, where available, may have additional charges shown at checkout. Dispatch and transit estimates vary by product and destination. Returns and consumer guarantees

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the 30-day change-of-mind process, exclusions and how to request help with a faulty or incorrect item. Change-of-mind conditions do not limit statutory rights. Where consumer guarantees are not met, remedies depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem.

Accounts and contact details

Keep your contact and delivery details accurate and your account access secure. Contact us promptly if an account is used without your authority or you need to correct an order. Changes may not be possible once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.

Acceptable use

Use the store lawfully and do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, upload harmful content, interfere with security or misuse another person's information. We may investigate suspected misuse and limit access or cancel fraudulent orders, subject to applicable law.
